  • Welcome to the city of Taipei, on the beautiful island of Taiwan.
  • 2011 The 3rd Congress of Asia Building Maintenance Association will be held from May 19th to May 20th. This event will be focused on the knowledge sharing of the international forum on the development trend of property intelligent platform and in addition, it will bring the opportunity to all the participants to feel and enjoy the beauty of Taiwan.
  • Through the lecture and forum discussion in the meeting, we will share the ideas and the new vision of the professional speakers on how property management industry transforms from ordinary buildings to intelligent and energy efficient buildings. The idea of digital and intelligent platform could enhance building performance and increase building lifespan that will eventually protect the earth environment. We will also take a look at how Taiwanese people with Chinese culture create the distinct features of Taiwanese buildings and Taiwanese property management style to give you a better appreciation on the beauty of this congress.
